The core of each panel consists of a recycled polyester acoustic backing available in either 7 mm or 9 mm thicknesses, with black or gray color options. Produced from recycled plastic, this material is certified according to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), confirming its recycled origin and responsible manufacturing process. It is free from hazardous chemicals such as formaldehyde and pentachlorophenol, contributing to healthier indoor air quality.
The visible surface is formed by veneered MDF slats measuring 12 mm in thickness, securely mounted to the acoustic backing. Each slat is available in lengths of 2400 mm, 2780 mm or 2970 mm and has a width of 27 mm. A consistent 13 mm gap between slats enhances both the acoustic performance and the panel's contemporary appearance.
MDF slats are finished with natural wood veneer, with species and finishes selected according to customer preferences, allowing the panels to complement a wide variety of interior design concepts.
